AGE POLICY: General yoga classes are designed for students 16+ to attend.
To avoid discomfort for any reason, please leave your pets at home. We thank you for understanding.

Kirtans: Please leave your pets at home. All ages are welcome! PLEASE note: With deep respect for the devotes and musicians leading the Kirtan, be mindful by stepping out if necessary.
At Shanti Om Yoga you will find several different classes, styles and levels that way you can easily select a class that suits you. Class intensity and challenge vary according to the teacher.

Feel open to ask for guidance at the front desk when selecting a class. When choosing a class, be mindful of the level that is listed beside the style.
If you are a beginner and want to learn correct alignment and breathing in basic yoga postures. If you want to come in with a strong practice, it is recommended that you complete the Beginner Yoga Series or schedule a private lesson.
LEVEL 1 & 2
If you have attended Level 1 classes and are ready for a more advanced beginning class. The basic postures are presented in more challenging ways with a focus on the fundamentals of yoga.
Designed to take you to the intermediate level. More advanced postures and sequences are introduced requiring a bit more strength, stamina, and flexibility.
LEVEL 2 & 3
Students must be familiar with intermediate yoga postures, including inversions and backbends. More challenging and vigorous sequences are typical in these classes.
